What to Expect when visiting Neurological Wellness Clinic

What to Expect when visiting Neurological Wellness Clinic

At your first appointment with Neurological Wellness Clinic, you will have the opportunity to share your medical history and undergo a thorough neurological evaluation with Dr. Jochims. Dr. Jochims will then provide a diagnosis or potential diagnosis pending further testing.

Together, you and Dr. Jochims will discuss your options and create a plan of action, involving your referring physician as necessary. Your next steps may include additional testing or lab work, treatments, medication or referral to other specialists.

Neurological Wellness Clinic is one of few independent clinics in Wisconsin to invest in voice recognition software and an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. As a result, all of your medical records are quickly and accurately shared with your referring physician or other specialists on your care team. Our staff’s commitment to using EMR ensures that you receive the most efficient and collaborative approach to your care needs.

Along the way, Dr. Jochims and the clinic staff remain committed to your complete understanding of the proposed plan of action, providing thorough explanations and wellness education resources to you and those assisting you on your journey.

"Neurological Wellness Clinic is your Wisconsin home for comprehensive Neurology and Sleep Solutions."
